so to do this.... i need the disc for my windows 7 ultimate....... which i don't have.....

would it be better if i jus upgrade to windows 10 or repair whats yr recommendation??

Personally I would go for an upgrade to windows 10 as it is free

So do i need to save all my files to a external hard drive in order to do the upgrade? is the upgrade like a reformat where i will need to reinstall all my drivers

I will let you know for sure soon as I am doing my upgrade today, but I believe it would be prudent to back up to be on the safe side. Drivers and the like will be part of windows 10

Completed my upgrade yesterday and went nice and smoothly

It saved my personal data quite happily

before i do that.... the last log i ran for u deleted my keyboard driver and ethenet driver how can i get that back... can we reverse it or not???

i downloaded the driver for my keyboard but it won't install it says "cannot install error has occurred

no.... it says can't complete restore due to anti virus still on etc...

If you have windows 10 on USB that will work as it provides its own keyboard drivers etc..
