what i have to say is may be graphic card fault or old chipset driver cause this... SO i suggest you to use onboard graphics for one day and tell me whether you got any blue screens further

Not extra card, its onboard card you should have to enable it on BIOS!

I solved my problem but I don't know what the solution is.Soo I'm going to write everything I did.

 

First check ram with the program memtest86+. Then check HDD with hdtune program for bad sector.Update ethernet,graphic card,chipset drivers.Open cmd and write '' chkdsk C :/r '' it is check your C drive.İf u want to check D drive write this '' chkdsk D :/r '' . Clean the inside of pc,correct cable layout,change the location of the RAM,Download bluescreenview program.This program will give u information about what caused to blue screen.Control temperatures with AIDA64.
