windows wont start

So..when I start windows it goes normally to starting windows screen and then instead of going to welcome screen it says checking disc and it checks all my files it fixes them and it won't start again..I do the recommended set up but it doesn't work either..any help? (Sorry for my English)

It check for errors in Hard disk. Did you try it in safe mode?
