I need some information about the approximate cost of developing an app which allows you to drag any jewellery image into a window and click on any aspect to change the metal of the jewel and to transform white aspects into specific coloured aspects using the hexadecimal colour code as a reference in a very user friendly way. Is this possible.. like photoshop for dummy users.
