Did you got problem with previous OS installed in this pc?  :unsure:

As a new one you will not able to get this high temp. :headscratch:  also i have doubt in your upgraded OS whether it is faulty? But when you start your pc you got about 98 degree which is not good even after you did a clean boot!  :no:

I suggest you to RMA it if its if under warranty!  :smashcomp:
