So my computer suddenly decides not to boot, and is stuck on the Starting Windows Screen. I CANNOT go into safe mode and have tried system restore and start up repair and they haven't worked. I am trying to avoid restoring Windows completely as I have some files that I want to keep. I have a Lenovo Thinkpad and do not have a place to insert a CD-ROM. Someone please help!
