All the scripts in that folder of group policy editor were 'not configured'. I have disabled the specified script, regardless.
As I said I tried unchecking antimalware in msconfig first. It re-ticked the box as soon as I clicked to apply the disabling.
Do I have to lose MSE? It's up to date and official, and runs background, I never got on with third party security.

I uninstalled, restarted then deleted the file, restarted and a new one had appeared in the folder.
I reinstalled mse, restarted and the '3' event id error showed up twice in 2minutes.
"Session "Microsoft Security Client OOBE" stopped due to the following error: 0xC000000D"

I think you need to uninstall it and try Avast. See if it will run without errors. I may need to get you switched over to the malware forum so we can run some scans.
