MOM.implementation Error------ "Help Please"

When I turn my computer on I have within the last few days started getting the message ...
 
 
“Could not load file or assembly MOM.implementation or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.” 
 
Can some help me please get rid of this message and is there a real problem?
