When Win 8.1 originally installed 6/15 Pogo URL window flashed continuously. Problem solved by a Tech Guy running a Farbar scan and fix. Last week had to reinstall Win 8.1. Same problem with Pogo. I had deleted the material I had from the previous fix. Pogo is very important to my wife. Comprende? Please help me.
