I hope someone is able to help.

 

My laptop is working EXCEPT it now refuses to run 2 applications: SmartFTP and Corel Draw x8

 

I have run sfc /scannow without any integrity violations.

 

I temporarily turned off AVG, but that did not work.

 

I gather 0x0000022 may refer to permissions violations and/or dll but I have no idea what to do.
