Suddenly out of nowhere I can not access the google search engine while in chrome. I am stuck with yahoo. Despite changing defaults in settings, etc.,. etc., yahoo returns. I think I have been attacked by Spigot and don't know how to get passed it. I believe it started when somehow the NowYouSeeItPlayer started showing up and I can not delete it. Malware? Please help me to resolve this issue.

Give Malwarebytes a go. Followed by Adwcleaner. If that doesn't clean it up, it's probably worth putting up a thread in the Malware Removal section where a helper will assist you!
