Hi gintokizakata12, and welcome to our forums.
1 When you format your hard drive you effectively clear anything that is stored on it, photos, documents, Windows settings including drivers etc.
2 If you reinstall Windows using a Microsoft Windows installation disc then only a basic set of drivers is installed, and for full functionality it will be necessary to download the required drivers and install them. When installing these its usual to install first the chipset drivers, then the graphics, then the audio etc)
3 If you perform a "Restore to Factory" using either a Recovery Partition provided by the manufacturers of your computer or a set of discs provided by them they will usually include all necessary drivers for the computer to function properly (however these drivers although functional may not be completely up to date...)
Post back if you need clarification on any of the above points or need anything amplified/expanded and we will do our best to help.
Regards

Gday.
I accidentally updated my drivers
Can you tell us what you did to update your drivers?
i.e. Download software to update drivers?
Go to a Web site and auto update drivers?
Use an existing utility on the laptop?
Something else?

I think OP had fixed his problem otherwise he would have written more details on the topic.
