script error windows wont shut off IE11

Whenever I launch IE11 I get a rapid succession of script error windows that won't shut off. I have checked "disable script debugging" in IE - tools - options - Advanced for both 'IE' and 'both" and I keep getting these windows to pop up notifying me of script errors. what can I do?
