I tried everything above and it keeps failing. I haven't tried using another software. Any suggestions?

Who makes the new drive? If it's a Western Digital then you can use their cloning software:

Yes, it a WD, one of the ones you recommended. I downloaded the software, extracted it  and when i try to run it it just takes me to their website to buy another version. I can't figure it out:(

You need the WD drive plugged in to the USB adapter when you try the software so that the software know you have a WD drive.

OK.  Odds are that the USB adapter is not transparent so its manufacturer gets reported but not that of the Drive.  Doesn't sound like that's going to work for us.

Let's see if there are any logs from Macrium that tell what went wrong

Copy the next three lines:

dir %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Macrium\Reflect\*.html > \junk.txt
dir %LOCALAPPDATA%\VirtualStore\ProgramData\Macrium\Reflect\*.html >> \junk.txt
notepad \junk.txt

Start, All Programs, Accessories, right click on Command Prompt and Run as Administrator, Continue.  Right click and Paste (or Edit then Paste) and the copied lines should appear.  Hit Enter if notepad does not open.  Copy and paste the text from notepad into a reply.  This will just show us if there are any logs.

See if you can attach one of the Clone.html files.  You may need to zip it up or change the name to Clone.txt.

Not sure I did this correct, but here's what i got.... also, when it was cloning it would clone the 1st two partitions successful but when it got to 99% on the last is when it would fail, if that helps at all. Thanks!
