Hello connerYule,
Check for a restore point that is before this issue first happened in case something downloaded while you were away from the computer, see below;
Restart and hard shutdown the computer a couple of times by pressing the power off button, this will hopefully get you into the Recovery Environment, in the Advanced options, look for and use the appropriate restore point then get back to us.
If no restore points are available, try the refresh your PC option which will reinstall Windows without you losing your data.

Thank you i am on it right now, i was actually thinking of resting it because it does speed it up a little bit right.

If you mean will a reset speed up the computer, it depends, before we elaborate can you let us know where you are up to with this, have you successfully reset Windows and resolved the issue.
