Hi,
Have you applied a Winodws update before you start noticing this delay ?
Try to update your drivers (WiFi, Graphic card).
If it doesn't work, you can take a boot trace using Windows performance recorder https://goo.gl/igAC21
Here is a tutorial on how to take a boot trace https://goo.gl/77vEqb
When done, share your boot trace and I'll help you analyze it.

Hello, today I've make a long car travel; I've juste got home..In short, I've done a first boot trace Analysis and the you have 51 seconds delay in the session init phase. The CPU graph did not show a high CPU activity but there is a waiting time. CPU is waiting on Disk operations to end before it continue executing other codes... https://jpst.it/10HSyat 25s of the trace there is a high disk activity during 27s ! It seems that the AutoChk (ScanDisk was invoked). https://jpst.it/10HSCI'd like you to take another boot trace, while you enable the "Registry I/O Activity" https://jpst.it/10HRJTake also a screenshot of this registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\BootExecute" https://jpst.it/10HS8
<script type="text/javascript"> //</script>Wow thank you for your trouble will try and digest that and get back to you, once again many thanks.

Please, zip the boot trace before you upload it. I don't have a super fast Internet connection
