You should search for a software which will provide you the connection. Than choose the gateway you want to use (select a country/city mostly). And wait a bit.

Search for a suitable and affordable VPNs that you wanna use, I would recommend to buy VPNs rather than going for VPNs that are free as they might compromise your privacy.

Each VPNs come with different connecting interface, some comes with dial-up interface some comes with directly connecting to them.

Please help how do I add a VPN connection

Add VPN where?  :headscratch: How can anyone help when you don't tell the details?  :headhurt: If you want recommendation then there are many VPN providers on Black Friday deal now Express, Nord, PureVPN, and many more. It depends on your personal needs. If you want most years in really cheap price then PureVPN is running its 5 year deal in $1.32 a month, cheapest price going around.

It is a good idea that you've decided to use VPNs. But beware! If you're thinking of doing anything with malicious intent.

VPNs generally coordinate with the government and giveaway your IP address as well as your location. Using VPN doesn't necessarily mean you're completely anononymous. Your internet traffic flows through the VPN server and only the masked traffic data is shown to your ISP.

If your country's government and your VPN servers' country are not friendly, then the likelyhood of that country giving away your info is very less. Choosing VPNs from countries such as Russia and Switzerland are best option and again use it with caution.

Your VPN provider can see what you're doing!
