I think the forum software lost the space after it.
The memtest ran for 4 days but I assumed that it would stop itself after it completed but it ran continuously and made 41 passes with 0 errors.
QB came up with an update and it wants me to update to the latest software. I could not find anywhere in the notes where it fix the email crash issue but it is possible.
What are your thoughts?
I went ahead and updated QB and it was no help. In fact, I got the COM ERROR faster this time than before when I tried to send an email...
Guess the memory is good.
Can you send me the latest qb log? I want to see if anything changes.
Here is a clean pass when trying to email. This file is gigantic. It locked up for 45 seconds or so when it was trying to decide to COM ERROR or send the email.
As soon as it asked for password, I typed as fast as I could and stopped event capture after it completed the email send.

1.59 GB is a bit large but I'm hoping we will be able to see what happened during that 45 seconds. Might give us a clue as to the source of the problem.
HOT DOG! Dunno why but I just got a clean log under my normal login on the last run of emails tonight.
Here it is:

This is part of your Intel video driver. I think it needs to be upgraded or if there is no upgrade perhaps just reinstalled. Wife wants me to watch TV with her now so have to go.
I think this is the current driver:
Intel® Processor Graphics (HKLM-x32\...\{F0E3AD40-2BBD-4360-9C76-B9AC9A5886EA}) (Version: 10.18.14.4029 - Intel Corporation)
This is the latest:

So you are a bit behind. You may want to install
https://www.intel.co...ort/detect.html
which will automatically find the latest versions of intel drivers for you.
I don't think the verdict that it is up-to-date is correct (Perhaps HP has asked them to not update their stuff) but even if it is we need to do something about the bad driver. When you ran the
The Intel® Driver & Support Assistant
Did it tell you what graphics card you had?
Was it the Intel® HD Graphics 4400?
If not see if you can id it.
If nothing else
Right click on Computer and select Manage then Device Manager.
Find the Display Adapters and click on the arrow in front. It should tell you what adapter you have. Right click on it and Uninstall then reboot (do not let it remove the drivers if it asks you). It will reinstall the old driver and this may correct the problem.
While in Device Manager look under IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers (click on the arrow in front).
What does it say? Intel SATA Storage Device RAID Controller?
Right click on it and select Properties. Click on Driver tab and tell me what version it says.
I tried to email invoices again and it crashed but it looks like the updated driver took care of the deleted key issue
