Hi, Darrin,

still as the last photo I sent,(#271) PC will pick up keyboard but not any mouse, so looking at alternatives, to me its:

reboot and see what happens

reboot with the pen drive in

reboot with the original driver and utilities disk in and see if the system picks it up

reboot with the pen drive and the original utilities disk in and see if its picked up

Any thoughts?

jim

Try to remove the USB drive and install it in another USB port and see if it takes you back to the Windows install option

Okay, Do you know if any of your USB ports are USB 3. they should be Blue if so. Make sure not to use one of those ports and only use the ports on the back of the computer.

Turn off computer and start over by booting to the Win 10 USB and when you get to the the Setup screen choose the Repair option to go to Command prompt. Let me know when you are there

Ok that is good. Windows doesn't install well in USB 3 ports. Please follow my next steps to hopefully get into Command Windows
