hi guys

i just reinstalled windows 7 on my laptop and now my c drive is full

its named recovery(C:)

i tried to delete system restore points and a file named windows.old but it had no effect

In order to delete windows.old it is best to go through the Disk cleanup. Also there may be some more files that can be cleaned up. Download and Run Treesize from the link below to see what is taking up the most space. If you would like you can paste a screenshot for more help.

right you should call the cleaning tool, in addition to that the disk defragmentation can work. deleting the winfowd.old folder manually is not recommended. Use a free third-party cleaning tool.
