pp2, got it. Long list, what do I do now? Which other option was that, did I overlook an option I should have tried first? Thanks, HJ.

4: Go to File then to Export As or Save in some versions.

5: Save AutoRuns.txt file to known location like your Desktop.

6: Attach to your next reply.

See my example attachment below;

Have you saved the file as Text?

If yes, copy/paste it into your next reply for us.

pp2, saved the file as text but when I try to copy all the contents it only highlights one item to copy, the whole list is not highlighted. I must be doing something wrong again. Sorry, HJ.

Highlight all of the text by left clicking the mouse on either the beginning or the end of the text then keeping your finger on the left mouse button move the cursor over all of the text, once all highlighted, right click on it, select Copy then in the GTG reply box right click then Paste.

PP2, I've tried that three times but it will not highlight it all, only the one on top or the one on the bottom is highlighted, nothing else highlights when I move the cursor up or down.  They all have check marks on them if that means anything. HJ

Sorry HJ but I appear to be not in a position to be able to help, nothing that I suggest works  :(

Firefox is still supporting XP up until June 2018, give that a try along with the Outlook help link that was previously suggested.

I have a feeling that this type of issue is the final push for XP to be abandoned by MS and others.
