Dear all,
I am trying to write some api to sync data between zendesk and tfs.
I would like to write it in java.
Can anyone help me how would I proceed?
Everytime a zendesk ticket is created, it should automatically create a tfs task/bug.
also once TFS task is marked as resolved, the zendesk ticket should be updated with the status and valid comments
