Dear folk

I migrated POP3 emails from outlook 2016 to G Suite (Gmail for business) server by using their dedicated utility ,,,,migration done successfully.

Then I set up a new IMAP G suite account on outlook,,,,all emails got downloaded from the google server

Issue are subfolders view left pane showing emails' dates as Sun 21-Jan ,,,but if you open a specific email in those subfolders it is still showing the right dates,,,issue only with view

Inbox and Sent emails have no such issue

How can I rectify this issue ?

Second issue sent emails don't get downloaded from the server to the outlook client , lase email I got was dated 17.Jan.18

G Suite have good support you should contact them by mail or phone.

Should be right i guess as inbox and sent emails have right dates

I used different mail client (ThunderBird) and I have no issue with dates only issue with outlook , and when I conatcted level 2 G Suite they advised could be outlook not getting header of emails proper way

The dates problem affects also newer e-mails or only the ones uploaded to the gmail servers?

 

We use G Suite at my work and no one reported problems with the dates, our users use several versions of Outlook, Thunderbird and other e-mail clients...

Yes I believe that, but it happening to me on two emails accounts
