Sorry, I had posted an answer, but it is not here, do not know what happened.
Many thanks for the links, I cleaned C: with that program.
I just wanted to do a general / "normal" cleaning on C:. Remainings Win 10 left, such as logs, temp folders, tmp and whatever.
