Hello guys.
Im here today ne cause i have an issue with the avast uninstaller that i downloaded through Avast official web site.
During the uninstallation process, This uninstall software asked me if i wanted to revoit my PC in safe mode (which was recommended) or without safe mode (Which wasnt recommended).
I choose the second option, the software has reboot my PC to complete the installation....
BUT :
-My pc is blocked in my keyboard settings menu, just before the recovery tools one.
There, i cant do anything, windows cane identify the issue, the Windows+R thing (Dont know how to call it in English sorry) seems to be useless as it dont rencognise Any on my commands.
Same for safe mode when i open my pc, nothing happens and it goes stright to this same keyboard settings ....
Honestly i dont know what to do anymore, im loosing photos, homeworks for college, anything related to it, etc ...
Your help would be really, really well appreciated (((

Are you about to boot to safe mode with a command prompt? Do you have a Windows 10 install disk or ho are you trying to boot to safe mode?

 

How to boot to Safe mode when no repair Disk

Please try the following step.

 

Press the power on button to start and shut down the computer 2-3 times and the Windows Recovery Environment should come up to the troubleshooting options menu. 

 

• Select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings

• After your PC restarts

• Select Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking

• If Safe Mode options do not work then select command prompt

 

Let me know if you can get this far and we can try some repair options
