These things show up as soon as I turn my computer on. Every screen. It blocks me from turning the volume up and down as the ads show up above my volume blocking me from clicking it and I get notification noises every time and many in a row. My internet comes up above the ad just not the volume. Not blocking me from connecting to the internet I guess because they need it to bug the heck out of me with their ads. It is very annoying. Please help. I have Windows 10 unfortunately. I have attached a photo. Thanks so very much to anyone who can help.

Looking at the link below on the ad I do see downloadmyinboxhelper.com . I have also checked my google chrome extensions and only have 4. Honey ( it gives me discounts by putting in codes saving me money on websites only when I go to checkout) It is my favorite though I don't purchase much online. Then I have QuickWeatherTracker, Docs, and Google Docs offline.

As an asides, having an unsupported program such as Unity Web Player on your computer is not a good idea in any event.
