Hi!

Recently I had an episode with a laptop where it became unable to start up, even in Safe mode. I had it reformatted and completely wiped, but when I got it back, it has persistent problems with maintaining wifi connection- the signal breaks all the time.

I recently bought a new laptop, (Windows 10) and noticed that the internet also randomly cuts out, but not nearly as often. I have run the paid version of Malwarebytes, and it comes up with nothing. I tried to use GMER but it always shuts off before it is finished, and when it boots it always give me a pop that says

"C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\system: the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."

Please, can anyone help me??

Thank you so much in advance
