Thanks, I didn't buy Windows 7 as part of volume licensing, does that mean I cannot purchase ESU?

I think that is correct, but you could always check with Microsoft to be on the safe side.

How can I contact them? (I've literally never found a way to communicate with them :s)

Thank you! I spoke with Microsoft Tech phone support and they told me they are currently investigating the possibility of rolling out an option for home users to obtain ESU for windows 7 until 2023.
