Sticky situation with viruses, factory reseted.

I started to see the same viruses install to my phone (saw them in settings at apps) i unnistalled them. they installed back.
i used many antiviruses to scan it like malware bytes and avg they saw the virus, i deleted it and it got back.
viruses : Gservice, Vis, fake email app, fake messages app, and one app for pop ups
i factory reseted my phone, installed everything back from google playstore, backed up my photos and only app i oppened to was YouTube.
help
