Hello all!

The issue is not about my computer. I just don’t know where else to turn to for help. My hope is that someone in the know can DM me a contact email at Instagram, since a “normal” way of reporting a problem is not working.
 
My account at Instagram has a URL similar to https://www.instagram.com/fname.lname/

I discovered an account with a URL similar to https://www.instagram.com/jack1234/which uses my name and my account description but no images and no followers - yet.

I used the online “complaint” form as requested and recieved this in return: “We can’t give you access to this account or continue with your request because we haven’t received an acceptable ID that matches the information listed on the account.”

So, I once again replied with my ID to the address "[email protected]"  and just now received the same reply.

Not sure what to tell you on how to fix that problem. Especially dealing with a monster like Facebook.

 

I'll look into a bit more for you.
