I would like to know the consequences and alternatives once Abode Flash Player is discontinued on 12/31/2020.

I run a Win 7 64 bit laptop and download and stream on it.  Will any of that be affected?  I use a lot of computer games with middling video requirements and some older ones with low video requirements.

I downloaded the latest version of Flash today, before future updates are cancelled.

What will it be replaced with, or has it already been replaced and I didn't get the memo?

What should I do for future streaming and other uses for Flash, if anything?

Will my latest version of Flash Player remain operational indefinitely with no noticeable effects?

I realize it is being discontinued for security reasons, but I am more concerned now about what effect it might have non my computer use and

what I must do.

Should I worry or not, given I am not a huge fan of playing web videos and that sort of stuff; and I rarely ever use Skype and don't even know what Zoom is.

Thank you.
