Curious, Dell ship that model with Windows 10 Pro pre installed so how come you had to install an OS

Well, looks like I was not accurate. Yes, the OS is pre-installed, but there were several steps of the setting up category, I guess, such as password and PIN selection, language and privacy settings, etc.
