P.P.S. Hopefully last question: Is it possible to copy the data from that ‘dead’ computer onto another computer? And is that difficult to do? Thanks.

Well, whilst chilling out a bit, I watched another YouTube video and the person suggested to change the power switch cables on the motherboard with the reset cables to check if the problem is the power switch. Will check that in the next couple of days. Might need help with which cable on the motherboard is for power switch and which one is for the reset button. It’s not clear in the video.

Bit the bullet and took out the PSU and tested it with a metal paper clip.
Nothing came on, so most likely culprit is the PSU.

Just a quick update, I have so many other important things on my hand right now, it might take another week or so until I have the new PSU.
