Hi. I try to get out & it just says working on it for hours. Any idea how to do this as I need to be able to use firefox and chrome and it wont let me in S mode?

Hi DR M. Yes unfortunately, it sits there saying “working on it” for hours.

Try try this first:

• Open Settings.
• Go to Apps & Features and look for the Microsoft Store app.
• Click on it and choose Advanced options.
• Find the Reset button and hit it.
• After the process finishes, reboot your device from the Start menu and retry to get out of S mode, following the steps in the Microsoft page.
