I returned the headset after having the Geek Squad test it out. He felt it was a defective head set. Sent me to Customer Service to get it switched out and of course, they didn't have another one in that store. Went to another store and got one. Seems its just the same. UGH. Back to the Geek Squad to start this all over again!
