HI my laptop has all of a sudden started to use 100% of the disk and i cant see why what program is causing it. I have tried sfc scan and dism scan to see if it was corruption but that seems ok. I have run microsoft defender and mbam rootkit to look for malware all came up clean. any help would be appreciated.

I did a clean boot but nothing changed so on a whim I uninstalled my VirtualBox and kali os and strait away my disk usage went back to normal so something there must have been causing it. I'd like to thank you for your help it was most appreciated. Thank you
