It seems to only be using 2 Gigs of RAM and then freezing when it gets bogged down by usually Chrome. I have 12 GB Dual channel DDR3 @ 798Mhz. I am running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. Any idea how to make it use the rest of the RAM?
My computer is not utilizing all the RAM

Publishing a Speccy profile to the Web
To keep a record of your system profile at any given time, you can publish to the Web using Speccy. Speccy uses Piriform's servers to publish the profile without any identifying information. Each profile is given a unique URL.
The last part of each URL is randomized, so only people you provide with the URL will be able to find your profile.

What you are doing is copying a Link from the Speccy tool and pasting it in your next post with the directions below.
To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:
In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.
In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click; Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.
Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
Note: The published profile will use the same language and temperature settings (Imperial or Metric) as your Speccy installation.
Note: Each time you start Speccy, it will generate a new randomized URL. This is useful if you want to track your computer's information over time.

It's combining the RAM because at some point I was trying to fix the RAM issue and somehow now its combined. There is physically one stick 8GB of RAM and 1 stick of 4 GB RAM. I didn't put it in there like that. That is how I bought it.

Next
open a command prompt right click it and choose run as administrator
To open a command prompt
You can either right-click the Windows start button in the lower-left hand corner of the screen or press Windows key + X to open the Command Prompt or Command Prompt (Admin).
copy and paste the following into the command prompt window
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth
Then
run this too from a command prompt
type SFC /scannow into the command propmt window or just copy and paste it in.
If windows finds errors reboot and run it again.

did SFC /scannow find any issues? and if so was it able to fix any file problems.
When you first got the computer was it running okay without memory issues?
I am wondering if the correct ram is installed on this motherboard ?

I got the computer about 4 years ago and never really had many issues. It did repair something. I can't tell what it repaired exactly.
