Hi,

I have a load of Mini DV Cassettes and VHS Cassettes that I need to digitise for prosperity (home videos).

There are loads of gadgets available on Amazon and eBay at various prices, really cheap to expensive, but I never know which to buy.

I have a Mid 2015 Mabook running Catalina (personal) and also a Windows 10 Laptop (works one).

The Camcorder is a Panasonic NV-DS60B or 65B (sorry it's in the garage and I only have the old manual to hand.

From what I recall, it has RCA L/R and Composite Video as well as an S-Video connector.

I don't have a VCR to play the VHS cassettes, but can pick one up from FB or Ebay I guess.

Iv'e seen devices like these:

https://www.amazon.c...duct/B08721K88D

https://www.amazon.c...s/dp/B078H54QDR

https://www.amazon.c...00293CDG0&psc=1

Which vary in price.

Can anyone recommend a device that is know to work with a Mac or PC and what software would be best?

Many thanks for your help.
