I have been using Web Teams a lot over the last few months and the last 3 calls my video keeps freezing while the audio continue. I usually have to exit and re-enter the meeting. I can't think what the change could be?

You can try toggling the camera off and on. Check your privacy settings: Open the Windows Settings app and click on Privacy. Make sure that Camera access for this device is turned on and that Teams is allowed to access your camera. Check for updates: Make sure that Microsoft Teams is up to date.

toggling the camera it won't come back on. Permissions are allowed. Can you update web teams? I'm using Windows 7 on a desktop and teams won't install on it so I use the web version.
