Sorry but you appear to have missed it but I addressed the issue in my reply #12;

 

Your new screenshot is showing that the two partitions are now blank.

 

 

What is telling us this, the Free space reading 100% means that the partitions are blank or protected.

 

Suggestion, try booting from a Linux distro such as Mint to see if that finds anything on either partition.

 

The below from my reply #3;

 

Going back to your screenshot it looks like Windows was previously installed on this drive but has at some point been deleted or corrupted, this would affect other data that was on the same partition.

 

 

So was Windows on this drive and you deleted it, this would explain any protection on either partition.

We are always happy to help when we can but we cannot safely do so if member/s are already receiving assistance on any other forum, doing so may lead to confusion as to whose and what guidance you are following which can be both dangerous and costly.
