Went to YouTube today and I can't use it no more? How can I use it as always without ads for free. I was using it this just find and now this> Please help  and many thanks .

You can't.

To get rid of the message uninstall the ad blocker and put up with the ads

Or pay for Youtube.

They are your only legal options

I have a Google One subscription with an upgrade of space to my Google drive. I get a discount through Google 1 for Youtube Premium which also comes with Youtube music. I pay $22 per month for all this. I also get "credit" on Google store purchases.
