A few days ago I was invaded by trojans and spyware, and after removing them all, the only trace of them left is what they seemed to have done to Windows Media. Before I got them it worked perfectly fine, but now when I try to start it up all it says is "An internal application error has occurred." I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, downloading WM10 (I had 9 before), uninstalling the hotfixes, but to no avail. Is there something that I should be doing that I am missing? Let me know if you need system specs. Thanks.
