Ive ran my spybot a couple times now, and there is one that it can't delete, it has to restart first. So i do that, but it continues to come back. I have found the registry keys in my regedit can i jsut go in a delete them??
Heres the keys:
HKEY_USERS\DEFAULT\RemoteAccess\Profile\AXIS
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\RemoteAccess\Profile\AXIS

what are these and how to i get rid of them?

Boot into safe mode and run AdAware in safe mode. I think you will be able to delete them then.
