Just recently, I used Norton's 2005 Anti-Virus and it found 31 infected viruses. Six of them were deleted, but the other infected viruses were not deleted. When I looked in the 'Scan Summary' it said quote, "delete failed". That means these viruses are still on my computer. How do I enable norton to delete these viruses? Thanks!

Norton already tried to clean it up, and couldn't. Go to this page and follow the instructions.
