I'm guessing no one read the original Malware post they were working on.. They have tried both the blank password option and the admin password option., neither worked !!!

Yep, you're right, Murray, I didn't read it. Malware forums and HJT logs make my eyes bleed and my head fall on my keyboard. I prefer establishing a good back up routine for the computers I am responsible for, then slapping the cd in and starting fresh, in the event of a problem.

How much password cracking info are we allowed to give on G2G? I think I know how to get in there, but I don't know if it's appropriate to post that info. Another forum I frequent would frown on that, or ban a poster for telling someone how to circumvent passwords/security, and I don't want to break any rules.
