1. Christmas of last year i recieved a RAEDON 9800 all in wonder graphics card. I got it installed at a computer store and with my permission they changed my motherboard. One problem, they never told me what model my motherboard was other than that it is made by intel. I would like to know if there is anyway they you can find the model of your motherboard through your computer.

2. One night after i was done on my computer i shut off my computer.....but it didnt really shut off, it restarted. I asked one of my freinds what could be wrong and he said something might be wrong with my BIOS. he then asked me what was the model of my motherboard so he could fix it, and i had no idea, so the problem has occoured ever since.

Make & model you know the basics, cpu type, ram quantity. I hope this teaches you the lesson of never doing anything via a shop most of them arent to be trusted.
