Internet Exploer Shutting Down Computer when Click

I recently got rid of the horrible Sheriff.. but now I am having a new problem with Internet Explorer. Everytime i click IE to connect to the internet.. my computer automatically shuts down. Any ideas?

This could be a hijacker of some sort. I recommend downloading Hijack This and then posting your logfile here!

I would love to DL HiJack... unfortunately I can not even get connected without the computer restarting. Any more ideas?
