Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

Well, his antiabr.exe program keeps spiking the processor usage, and the ViewPoint Manager won't go away.

Either of those known spyware/trojans?

Clean up your temp folders. My computer, right click your hard drive and click properties, click the "Disk Cleanup" button and make sure all Temp/Temporary folders are selected and clean them up.
Viewpoint is definitely no good for your system. You can usually uninstall it in add/remove programs and then you have to manually delete the Viewpoint directory in c:\program files. If it was me I'd create a system restore point and then reboot in safe mode and find antiabr.exe and wipe it out. Reboot normally and see what's goin on after that. Then post a fresh new hijack log and we'll make sure you're good.

Get rid of this with Hijack this too.
