Joint operations PB problem

Hi i bought JO and installed at my home computer and everything worked (hopefully) still does, but i am at my dads gouse for alot of this years summer i installed it here and when i go online (with my account) and i join a PB enabled game after a few seconds i get kicked and recive this message:

its REALLY frustrating i have updated my PB folder and uninstalled re-installed etc etc but still same problem, could it be my router or any other firewall

Help would be soooo gratefull thanks
