can you show us the details of the usernv events and the application hang events. also the avg7 one and the security center one

The avg7 just says that the avg antivirus database update started. Same thing witht the security center one. Here is a pic of the application hang event.

uninstall musicmatch jukebox, reboot....does the problem persist?

the usernv problem is your registry hive not unloading properly because something is keeping it open--this can be fixed by downloading and installing

user profile hive cleanup service

available here:

The above will not fix your problem, but it will dramatically improve shutdown speed.

I uninstalled music match and downloaded the hive profile cleanup and the problems went away for a few minutes but then started happening again.
